Role Overview:

We are a multi-national organization and are currently looking for recruiters who can fulfill this role

quite well and, in the process, help us with our current and future staffing requirements. As a recruiter,

you would be tasked with hiring the right candidate for the position; as well as ensure that all the due

diligence checks are carried out on each candidate. You will be helping to find suitable candidates as per

the requirements of the job using the media, social media, or word of mouth.

Furthermore, you need to ensure that all the staffing requirements are met ahead in time.

Roles and responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated recruiter to join our team in identifying hiring needs and filling job

openings.

  • You will be responsible for attracting suitable candidates for open job positions and assessing

their relevant knowledge and experience.

  • The responsibilities of a recruiter include identifying future hiring needs, designing job

descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases, portals and social media.

  • Collaborating with managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
  • Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
  • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
  • Taking References and building a long-term relationship with candidates.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection

process

  • Any bachelor's degree

• Experience into IT/Non IT Recruitments (0.6 yr to 4yr)

• Multi-tasking; a recruiter is often expected to multi-task

• Sales and negotiation skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.

• Good decision-making skills.
