Web3 Community and Partner Manager

Minimum qualifications:

• 3 years of experience managing technical cross-functional programs/projects and navigating programs.
• 3 years of experience in community management.
• Experience with multiple DeFi protocols (e.g., Aave, Curve, Uniswap, Pancakeswap, etc.).
• Experience with multiple public Blockchain Protocols (e.g., Layer 1 and Layer 2).

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working with Google Cloud technologies or other hyperscalers.

Responsibilities

• Help form the strategy for a diverse and robust developer community spanning the entire Web3 ecosystem. Empower Web3 developers and enable partners across public blockchains on behalf of Google Cloud.
• Define success criteria and metrics for the program and driving impact.
• Analyze trends and sentiments among the developer community and making recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Google Cloud Web3 Technical Team and Business Development to ensure that the developer community is represented and the developers' voice is heard.
• Engage with developers whether in person or online and helping the Google Cloud Web3 Technical Team have a presence at major community events within the region.
