We are seeking a motivated and dynamic E-commerce Sales Executive to join our team in Kolkata. As an E-commerce Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue through our online platform. Responsibilities:
- Generate sales and achieve monthly targets by effectively promoting our products/services on various e-commerce platforms.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, pricing, and order status.
- Assist customers in navigating the website, placing orders, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns to drive traffic and boost sales.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, e-commerce best practices, and product knowledge to effectively address customer needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order details in the CRM system.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce sales or a similar role, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate product information clearly and persuasively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and CRM software.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Flexibility to work fixed day shifts and occasional weekends, as per business requirements.
