Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic E-commerce Sales Executive to join our team in Kolkata. As an E-commerce Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue through our online platform. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about e-commerce and have exceptional English communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Generate sales and achieve monthly targets by effectively promoting our products/services on various e-commerce platforms.
  2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
  3. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, pricing, and order status.
  4. Assist customers in navigating the website, placing orders, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns to drive traffic and boost sales.
  7. Stay up to date with industry trends, e-commerce best practices, and product knowledge to effectively address customer needs.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order details in the CRM system.




Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in e-commerce sales or a similar role, preferably in the retail industry.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate product information clearly and persuasively.
  4. Excellent customer service skills with a customer-focused approach.
  5. Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and CRM software.
  6. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  7. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  8. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  9. Flexibility to work fixed day shifts and occasional weekends, as per business requirements.
  10. Immediate joiners are preferred.
