Job Description

Danfoss is looking for an Order Handler Representative having sound knowledge on Sales and Distribution module in SAP.

Job Responsibilities

• Creation of Sales Order in SAP
• Creation of Delivery Note in SAP
• Creation of customer master in SAP
• Able to read PADA (Pick up anywhere and Delivery anywhere -Danfoss Concept) file, by understanding the product hierarchy
• Creation of Purchase Request in portal
• Alignment with TMS team on transportation, cost allocation on invoice wise
• Creation of Scrap invoice in SAP
• Coordination with stakeholders- WH and TMS /GTS /Finance
• Strategically plan Logistics, warehouse, packing, transportation, and customer services
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets
• Manage logistics services providers to ensure performance in accordance with agreed KPIs.

Background & Skills

• Experience in Warehouse, customer service and order management
• Strong system proficiency in SAP, MS Office, etc
• Strong communication skills written and verbal
• Proven administrative, leadership skills and management experience
• Ability to motivate, maintain and develop an effective team
