Roles and Responsibilities

  • Counselling the customers to help them take informed decision regarding their delinquent accounts, credit rating and financial wellbeing.
  • Outbound calling to customers which includes credit counselling and follow up.
  • Addressing customers' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
  • Keeps up quality service by adhering to organization guidelines.
  • Provide great customer experience during each interaction.
  • Record details of enquiries, comment and action taken.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experienced candidates from any BPO industry can apply (Preferably from Sales, Customer Service, Business Development, Insurance, Tele-Collections)

• Freshers can also apply (Bachelors degree in any stream)

• Good communication skills - English and Hindi

• Basic MS Office skills

  • Willingness to work in target-based role

• Desire to help people and deliver outstanding customer service
