Job Responsibilities:

• Being a first point of contact from Cars24 you will be responsible for building a strong relationship with the customer over call.
• Assisting customers with questions & needs.
• Completing each transaction in a quick and efficient manner.
• Making sure that customers paperwork is completed efficiently.

We are looking for:

• People who come with 1 - 3 years of work experience. Relevant experience
• Excellent negotiation skills
• A person who is articulate, organized, detail-oriented, tech savvy and has the ability to multi-task.
• People with basic knowledge of make, model and variant of cars will be preferred.
• Tele calling experience (Outbound sales process)

Other Required Details:

• 6-Days Working
• Rotational Week off
• Saturday & Sunday might be working (depending on the assigned shift)
• Fixed Salary + Incentives* & applicable Statutory Benefits^
• Salary upto 3.6 LPA (negotiable/based on interview & experience)
