• Bulk hiring Campus drives / Jobmelas/Walk-Ins
• Documentation : Follow-up to offers through AI& ML based ATS
• New joiners On boarding / Induction
• KPI formulation
• SAP hiring process
• Campus connect initiatives - Internships
• Coordination with 3rd party vendors for off-role sales team recruitment & payroll activities
• MIS reports

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Qualification: Post Graduate - MBA / MHRM

Age. Min.:22 yrs Max.26 yrs

Experience: Min. Exp.1-3 yrs in HR

Work Location: Corporate Office, HFL, Punjagutta.
