- Industry/ Sector: Hardgoods Lab / Manufacturing Industry (Toys, Stationary items, Furniture, Housewares, Candle, Decorative, Food Packaging)
- Scope of job /Activities handled: Fair knowledge of Physical and Chemical testing on products and client handling for products viz. Food Contact Material Testing, Food Packaging, films and coatings, Cookware, Decorative products etc.
Brief Job Description:
- Coordinate with client for routine hardgoods testing enquiry
- Focused and dedicated approach to ensure clients gets timely and accurate response.
- Ensure seamless process from sample registration to report delivery for client service management
- Anticipate, identify and understand clients needs and pass on to sales team for sales opportunities
- Prepare quotations, service agreements within set deadlines.
- Go beyond regular service level and provide extra-mile support
- Ask for more business while interacting with customers
- Go beyond clients' core business to identify new opportunities
