Overview of the Job:

• Experience in FinTech industry to understand business needs, technology, products, and process.
• Onsite / Offshore collaboration in deciphering business objectives to technical objectives.
• Collaborating with Business stakeholders and Technical / Solution Architecture, Development and QA teams to ensure solutions are propagated and meet stakeholders needs.
• Work independently and demonstrate leadership in building Domain expertise within the team

Mandatory skills:

• Candidate should possess minimum 4+ Years of experience as Business Analyst
• Should be able to translate Business requirements to Use Cases and capture as User Stories
• Worked on projects with technologies / frameworks like Java Microservices, Spring MVC, JavaScript Libraries (VueJS / ReactJS / Angular)
• Problem solver and solution-seeking approach
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management
• Ability to build rapport and relationships
• Candidates with valid BI/H1 US visa is preferred
