Valuation Associate Fresher's job

Performing in-depth Real estate industry, market research.

- Visit, all subscribed projects at pre-determined frequency, collect data and update the same in the system.

- Maintain consistency in data collection process.

- Performing valuation analysis on a wide range of companies using all accepted and relevant Asset Valuation approaches and theories.

- Ensure that assigned targets are met on time with no lapse in coverage of projects in the assigned region

- Proactively submit the work status report to the respective Reporting Manager

- Independently gathering data pertinent to the engagement through direct client interaction.

- Inspection of various assets including Residential, Commercial and Industrial properties / assets etc.

- Prepare monthly reports (project monitoring, corporate and retail valuations), submit it to the reporting manager.

- Presenting the results of the analysis in a final report in a clear and concise manner.

- Identify the replacement cost / market values of the assets through market surveys.

- Knowledge of Technical due diligence is an added advantage.
