HR OS
Job Description
He/She should be able to handle HR activities, rules & policies of organization independently.
He/She must have knowledge and experience in the core HR functions and they must be well versed in any of the below functions:
1. Recruitment and selection (OR)
2. Salary management which includes payroll system and leave management. (OR)
3. Statutory compliances like ESIC, PF, etc (OR)
4. Maintenance of employees personal files, Records, Database. (OR)
5. Implementing the employee appraisal and Employee welfare methods.
Essential to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, command over MS word and Excel
Age: 28 to 50 yrs
Experience: 2 yrs-8 yrs
Qualification: Any degree with IRPM/PPM/MBA/PGDBM
HR MANAGER
1. She/he should be able to perform all the responsibilities mentioned in the OS job description and also should be able to prepare HR policies and procedures in consultation with the management related to below mentioned HR activities.
a. Design and implement Employee welfare measures and promotion policies.
b. Assess and Identify training needs to design and conduct training programs.
c. Preparing and Implementing the Employee appraisal.
d. Preparation and monitoring attendance and leave policy
e. Prepare the job profiles and job descriptions.
f. Improvement in recruitment and selection process
g. Understanding and preparing pay scales, salary structures and preparations of salary budget, wages and salary polices.
Command over all statutory compliances like ESI, PF and its adherence
Essential to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, command over MS word and Excel
Age: 30 to 50 yrs
Experience: 5yrs-10 yrs
Qualification: Any degree with MBA/IRPM/PPM/PGDBM
Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.
HR EXECUTIVE
He / She should be able to perform any of the below mentioned Hr Activities.
Recruitment Activities:
Understanding the manpower requirements of the organization and sourcing the right candidate for the right position.
Sourcing relevant profiles through multiple channels of recruitment.
Screening candidates resumes and job applications.
Evaluate candidates on their experience, communication and academic background.
Scheduling interviews, Follow up with the candidates, Documentation of recruitment reports, employee on boarding duties.

HR- Generalist Activities:
Maintaining Employee personal files, Hr Database.
Maintenance of attendance and leave records.
Maintenance of records of salaries, statutory compliances like ESI, PF and Appraisal.
Maintenance of Entry and Exit formalities.

Age: 22 Yrs -30 Yrs
Experience: 0-5 Yrs
Qualifications: MBA (HR)/PGDBM/PGDM/IRPM
