Title: US Recruiter Fresher (Only locals)

Location: Hyderabad

Location: AS,Rao Nagar Hyderabad /Remote

Responsibilities and Duties:

• As a Recruiter you need to be able to identify/screen/qualify candidates for IT positions.

• Also review and present resumes to hiring managers.

• Should be responsible for Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating the candidates.

• Should be able to maintain Foster long-term relationships with candidates.

• Review and understand technical job requirements.

• Research on new technologies.

• Follow up with candidates.

• Ability to build strong relationships.

• Ability to learn and know the new technologies in the market.

Required:

• Willing to work at Night Shifts.

• Excellent English Communication skills- both verbal and written.

• Fair knowledge of technology.

• Must be self-motivated and must possess good attitude.

• Self-confidence and self-starter.

• Must be able to work in a team.

• Strong zeal to make the career in international staffing industry
