As a Technical Recruiter, you are an advisor, hunter, and closer. You'll develop hiring strategies that will help our teams hit their ambitious goals. You take pride in every hire and the results they produce. You are able to strike the right balance between volume and quality as you help Mark reach its full potential.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Handling the complete recruitment, Sourcing, screening, follow up, maintain tracker, salary negotiation.

2. Experience using recruiting tools like LinkedIn, TextUs, Sixth Sense (Dice, Monster & Career Builder)

3. Experience working with Direct Clients |VMS requirement | Implementation Partners.

4. Experience on hiring hourly, salaried and subcontracting candidates.

5. Screening of resumes from the job portals as well as the database acquired and Buddy referrals as per the requirements of the company standards.

6. Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
