Looking for US IT Recruiters mid-level to senior level multiple positions

NOTE: Resources who are strong with W2/Fulltime roles are highly recommended

1 years to 7 years of experience in "US Recruitment" in IT field.
Must be willing to work in night shift. (EST Zone).
Must have Sound knowledge on IT and Technical concepts.
Candidates should have excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills.

Qualified candidate should understand US staffing hiring process (C2C, W2, 1099 Contract & full-time positions).

Good to have Experience with ATS (Ceipal / Jobdiva)

The responsibility would include sourcing quality resumes for our clients using a multitude of sourcing techniques like job boards, job postings, groups, social media, etc
We are looking for stable resources who are looking for a long-term opportunity.
Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high-volume basis.
Should have passion for recruitment and can think out of box.
Strong experience using recruiting portals like Dice, Monster, Career builder, Tech fetch and LinkedIn.
Maintain proper documentation at all times and diligently maintaining an online database of candidates & customers
