Any Graduate / Post Graduate,

EXCELLENT Communication Skills, Energetic & Go getter.

Should be Interested to WORK FROM OFFICE - US Timings (Night Shift) 06:30 PM to 03:00 AM.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Need to source profiles from the Job Portals.

Talk to the candidates regarding the requirements of our clients.

Should be able to work in Time Schedule and build network and Database of profiles.

Constantly follow up with the candidates till they join our clients.

In line with team Lead to understand the client.

For first Six Months Training & On-Job work evaluation Stiphend / Month + ESI + Incentives (For every Closure). After Six months based on performance confirmation. INTERVIEWS WILL BE FACE TO FACE, NO VIRTUAL INTERVIEWS.
