At least 2-4 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in US IT Staffing.
Sound knowledge in IT Industry.
Working experience with US Clients/Vendors.
Experience in handling full-life cycle of recruitment process (sourcing; screening and submitting qualified resumes).
Good negotiation skills.
Identify candidate through major job-boards, networking sites like, CAREER BUILDER / DICE / LINKEDIN/MONSTER.
Experience in working on contract; contract-to-hire and permanent openings.
Well versed in recruiting under all tax terms (W2).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required (Excel/Microsoft Outlook/Microsoft Word)
Must have a successful track record in recruiting candidates, both W2 and C2C.
Must have worked with implementation partners such as, Insight Global, Apex systems, TEKsystems, Experis, Modis, Infosys, HCL, Hexaware, Cognizant.
Qualification: Must have a bachelor's degree & Excellent communication skills

Job Requirements:
A qualified candidate must have at least 1 years of proven Bench sales experience in the US IT Staffing market.
Must be well versed with US Tax terms like W2, Corp2Corp & 1099 etc.
Must have a good understanding of US staffing business, Bench sales and recruitment process.
Must be a self-motivated and disciplined to work with limited supervision.
Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before marketing.
Sole responsibility for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, US Citizen, GC, OPT and CPT) with vendors or Direct Client.
Maintain and grow the business from our existing and new client relationships to supplement our sales capabilities.
Must be a Pro to build network relations with new vendors using social networking sites such as LinkedIn.
Generate, Interact and Develop Tier-1 Vendors or Implementation partners network on daily basis.
Need great time management skills and experience in prioritizing tasks.
Lookup the right requirements that match our consultant profiles on various job portals, submitting the consultants, following up for interview schedules.
Must have good experience in cold calling, price negotiation and need to have good convincing and closing skills.
Tracking and extensive follow up with Vendors through maintaining submissions database, Interview Coordination and taking care of the joining formalities, background checks, references, coordination with internal accounting team and for timesheets, etc.\
