• Experience working for US Staffing.
• Responsible for the recruitment of candidates across a broad spectrum of roles at various levels.
• Hands-on and requires the ability to complete the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement.
• Experience in Tax Terms - 1099/W2/ C2C/1099.
• Experience in Visas - OPT, CPT, H1B, TN, EAD, GC & USC.
• Screening - Technical profiles according to the job specifications.
• Interview Scheduling & Follow-ups
• Proactively building resume database for upcoming / highly potential requirements.
• Working closely with others in the recruiting team and account managers.
• Responsible for providing exceptional candidates and brilliant talent to our teams.
• Experience working on job portals / boards, and LinkedIn platform.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

• Min 2-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• A strong background in IT recruiting for full-time / contract roles.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication.
