Roles and Responsibilities

• Write and post technical job descriptions.
• Sourcing, Identifying consultants using job boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn
• Establish contacts with candidates/prospective vendors.
• Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities.
• Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions).
• Coordinate with managers to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
• Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Should have negotiated with consultants on different contract terms like Corp-to-Corp, W2 etc.
