We have efficient Relationship Managers who find joy and pride in helping our members find their soul mates.The Relationship Manager/ Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for understanding customer requirements, meeting service metrics guidelines, retaining customers, converting prospects and assisting them in finding suitable partners.

  • Understanding the customer requirement accurately.
  • Helping customer find suitable profiles keeping in mind their requirements.
  • Delivering quality service to paid members and working closely to maintain a good rapport with them.
  • Searching, screening, short listing, establishing contact, initiating meeting between members and creating success stories.
  • Managing a set portfolio of customers with robust follow up.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication, fluency in the regional language, pro-activeness, listening skills, service orientation, Integrity.
  • Punctuality & Presentation skills.
  • Emotional quotient, Persuasion Skills.
  • Ability to read/interact to understand the client requirements.
  • Graduate in any specialization with a minimum of 1 year experience in directly interfacing with the Customer.
  • Experience in Personalized service would be an added advantage.

  • Maintaining good rapport with the member; providing the right 'Elite' experience and delivering quality service.
  • Managing a set customer portfolio with robust follow up.

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent command over English language, and fluency in Bengali is must, proactiveness, listening skills, service orientation, Integrity.
  • Ability to understand the customer requirements.
  • Punctuality & Presentation skills.
  • High Emotional quotient, Persuasion Skills
  • Handling HNI Sales

Education and Experience

  • Graduate (in any specialization)
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in direct interfacing with the Customer and 1 year experience into tele sales
  • Experience in Personalized service would be an added advantage.
