Roles and Responsibilities RGM :-

• Ensure efficient and smooth day to day operations of the restaurant by adhering to the standard and relevant laid down processes.
• Interact with customers to ensure that they are satisfied and be able to resolve the customer complaints independently and efficiently.
• Ensure good profitability for the restaurant is achieved
• Manage the restaurant financials efficiently
• Lead the restaurant independently with a team of 25-30 employees.
• Recruitment; training and development of all the subordinates under him at all levels.
• Maintain and supervise the adherence to the SOPs in all related aspects as laid down to achieve the customer satisfaction.
• Should be able prepare all the necessary periodic reports for the restaurant controllable and analysis and understanding of the same.
• Execute all relevant marketing schemes and promotions applicable from time to time for sales building and profitability of the restaurant.
• Conduct periodic meeting with subordinates to understand the needs and requirements and discuss methods to achieve the desired results.
• Maintaining employee morale to ensure the customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the systems and processes are adhered to for smooth functioning and maintenance of all the equipment's in the restaurant.
• Liaison and maintain cordial relations with the govt and municipal officials as when they visit or as and when required.
• Responsible for Store P&L
• Ensure that store Retention & Attrition is in control.
• Owns Inventory Management

Desired Candidate RGM Profile :-

• Graduate / Hotel Management
• Relevant experience of at least three four years.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Presentable personality as he would represent an international brand
• Adept at PC usage and understanding.
• Decision taking capabilities
