Job description

1. Drafting, negotiating and reviewing technology licenses and other commercial agreement such as an agreement with Subsidiaries, clients, consultants, employee contracts, contracts of purchase/sale of goods & services, transfer of title, Sale Deeds, Leave and License Agreements, documents relating to Lease deeds, deed of hypothecation & power of attorneys.

2. Drafting of Legal Notices, Affidavits, Declarations, Indemnity Bond, Undertakings, etc., and managing Product limited liabilities.

3. Managing the GST Disputes (in case if any) between services provided to clients, HR-related, or legal issues.

4. Documenting of International/domestic on trademark/registered trademark. Understand the trader also known as Intellectual property.

5. Generating and revising standard templates of different commercial contracts as per specific business requirements

6. Documentation for the appointment of distributors /vendors/partners/ franchise in India and overseeing legal issues related to the distributor/ vendors/ partner/ franchise appointment process

7. Providing detailed case brief to empaneled counsels and solicitor firms and assist them in handling various litigation matters by and against the firm across diverse judicial forums maintaining and procuring legal documents from the court(s), government authorities, and/or any other source.

8. Making necessary filings on behalf of the firms.

9. Stamp duty adjudication and Registration of documents.

10. Negotiating settlements and preparing correspondence.

11. Interacting with various departments internally & external legal firms and counsels.

12. Attending Court proceedings and coordinating for filing of all representation and submissions thereto.
