Roles and Responsibilities

• Preparation of Rate Analysis
• Preparation of work method statement.
• Should have knowledge on tendering, Bill submission & Site Execution.
• preparing measurement sheets along with the abstract sheets.
• Preparing the Quotation of waterproofing works.
• Calculating the quantity of waterproofing areas from drawings.
• Preparing Invoices of running sites.
• Letter preparation and payment follow up of Retention.
• Measurements of different sites to be recorded in excel for Invoice preparation.
• Follow up for Bill Certification
• Preparing Tax invoices (JW)
• Maintain statement of PI v/s JW
• Maintain work done against work order on monthly/ytd/cumulative till date basis.
• Site Visit For Billing & material Reconciliation & Disputes
• Preparation of list of projects undertaken with work order details and balance work to be completed.
• Preparing of Checklist of different sites.
• Test Certificate required of Site
• Submission of Waterproofing Warranty to the required Clients after completion of the job.
• Submitting MIS reports to the reporting manager as per requirement.
• Following up for statutory compliances and Maintaining record for Statutory compliances

Desired Candidate Profile:

Expertise: Construction Chemical Industry ( Waterproofing )

Location : Mumbai

Notice Period : Immediate joinee required.

Qualification- BE / Btech in Civil Engineering

Experience- 1-5 years
