Urgent Hiring For the Position of Travel Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities

• Must be target oriented and able to convert sales Lead.
• He / she will be required to Prepare Tour Itineraries and Holiday Packages, work out Costings and client handling.
• Candidate will be required to interact with the Clients for Outbound Destination, note down their details, work out on their Itinerary and customize the tour as per their requirements.
• Making arrangements for clients travel program.
• Promotes goodwill by beings courteous, friendly, and helpful to guests and the suppliers/vendors.
• Any Ugrad/Grad Responsible for selling International Holiday packages.
• Prepare tentative plans and suitable alternatives, answers client objections and closes sale by obtaining client approval.
• Routing Knowledge Excellent knowledge of traveling software (GDS systems) insert_email_id Amadeus,Galleilio)
• The goal is to keep our clients satisfied and loyal for future services.
• Customize individual travel packages to accommodate any special needs.
• Strong sales skills and commercial awareness.
• Prepare a quote and ensure the timely delivery of quotes to the clients.
• Co-ordinate with customers determine destination, mode of transportation, appropriate travel dates, accommodations required for domestic travel.
• Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively.
• The candidate will manage travel requirements made for business or holiday and will provide tourism related services and package tours.
• Itineraries and Costing, International hotel Bookings, well versed with online booking portal, Zeal to sell.
• Understanding the complete operational cycle of the process of costing, getting quotes from suppliers, Book Transport, Handle ticketing followed by coordination with the accounts department for payments would be the job profile.
