• Demonstrate Inspiring Leadership with high degree of self-discipline, passion, ownership and commitment.
• Liasoning with CMO.
• Service the maximum emergencies occurring in the districts through efficient resource planning & awareness.
• Aligning the district operations to the strategic planning suggested by the Ops Head.
• Monitoring and controlling the operations cost in terms of Optimum use of all resources.
• Monitoring Vehicle Busy, failed Transport (UAD), SNR and other performance Parameters of all Districts and ensure that they are well within planned norms.
• Media interaction with regard to operations in the districts. Ensuring coverage of good cases handled by Ambulances and other press notes as shared by IEC team.
• Accidents, Incidents of rioting, damage or loss of property, major road block
• Prompt escalation of Negative media coverage or feedback of stakeholders for improving service
• Any act of extra ordinary honesty or service beyond the call normal duty of an employees
• Immediate reporting of Gross Indiscipline of employees or any unethical practice or anti- organizational activities found
• Maintenance expenses which are not minor in nature need to be escalated for approval before proceeding for work.
• Presence/ visits of media, VIP or any important Stake holders in the ambulance location
• Breach of safety for our associates
