You will build premium international brands across eCommerce channel in one of Unilever’s top priority markets – India, where we have a strong pipeline of current & future brands (Unilever owned and acquired). These include iconic brands like Brut, St. Ives, Cif, TRESemme, Dove, Horlicks, Bru, et. al.
You will leverage e-commerce channel, digital and shopper marketing to build brands rapidly, partner with global and regional product development teams to analyze the e-com performance across global markets and lead cross-functional UI teams to land innovations in market fast with impact.
You will have end to end responsibility and accountability for the respective e-commerce accounts’ business in India.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sustainable Customer Growth – The KAM / AKAM is responsible for top-line growth for the eCommerce accounts by activating the levers of portfolio, efficient fulfilment, financial hygiene, and customer experience
Execution Rigor– The KAM / AKAM will need to build processes to drive efficiency in execution on the platform in terms of online availability, pricing and media assets
Negotiations and Operations – The KAM / AKAM must have the ability to negotiate both strategically and tactically in an agile fast paced channel
Working with collaborative teams – The role requires working closely with trade partners, Demand Planning, Marketing, Business Finance and Capability Teams to achieve joint ambitions for sustainable customer top-line and bottom-line
Customer Relationship -As the face of the organization, the KAM / AKAM must demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills to build long lasting strategic relationships with the customer
Unlocking Capabilities – As a data rich, future fit channel, the KAM / AKAM is always expected to demonstrate the curiosity and drive to build capabilities to solve business problems
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Overall years of experience should be at least 2-5 years of work experience in e-commerce in FMCG. Sales/Marketing experience will be an added advantage
MBA/Master’s degree is preferred
Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools
