Roles and Responsibilities

• Priorities and re-allocate revised budget to meet the agreed business objectives and by not compromising on HSSE and business objectives.
• Fleet Management(Preventive Management, Fleet Report, Accident Management).
• Driver Management, Liaison with Fuel Vendors/Authorized dealers,Millage Test.
• Vendor Management-Vendor Bill Collection,Submission,POD collections.
• Business Development(Manpower Mapping, Vehicle Dispatch)
• Operation Management(Staffing and Scheduling, Planning and Monitoring daily trips, Roaster Management).
• Ensure Maintenance of-Stock records, Daily Trip sheet, Fuel Records, Vehicle Impress Money record).
• Managing secondary transport for LOBP and meeting customer requirements.
• 50+ Primary Vehicles and Drivers + Secondary Transport Fleet.
• Planning routes and load scheduling for multi-drop deliveries.
• Ensuring all partners in the supply chain are working effectively and efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
• Directing all transportation activities.
• Developing transportation relationships.
• Monitoring transport costs.
