Job Details

Responsible for the overall training function in the state like planning, executing and monitoring all the training programs within the state/s.

Designs, develops and delivers communication & leadership workshops.

Conduct training and Individual Development Programs for supervisors and managers in the state.

Manage the trainers,training schedules and training effectiveness.

Contributes to the design, development, production and implementation of training materials, documents and manuals to ensure consistency and quality of content and delivery to meet the specific needs of pharma retail training program.

Manage and publish training related data and reports.

Organise periodic train the trainer and conduct various training classes for the various departments

Creation and development of all training materials including trainer guides, Training video or audio, participant materials and evaluation systems.

Create testing and evaluation processes.

Evaluate & conduct TNA and plan training programs accordingly.

Provide the Org with classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.

Conduct performance evaluations & provide performance feedback.

Arrange leadership development programs as per the Org requirement.

Build solid cross-functional relationships.

Plan the implementation and facilitation of activities and events, that has a knowledge component roll out & impact the business development.

Assist & guide the recruitment team to improve the hiring effectiveness

Manage the IJP & people development programs in the state
