Regularly coordinate with the Training Manager regarding all training activities and process steps Deliver high quality training that follows company methodology, and matches to the skills required by the corporate clients

Responsible for identifying training and developmental needs and creating customized training and development programmes to address the needs.

Planning, developing, and providing training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.

Able to teach all the concepts.

Good teaching methodology Passion for teaching and to mentor the Students/Engineers to achieve career growth.
