• Deploy the release of new technologies as well as design,install, configure, maintain and perform testing of PC/server operatingsystems, networks, and related utilities and hardware.
• Troubleshooting problems as reported by users, supporting Webaccess and electronic messaging services and maintaining a securesystems environment
• Provide infrastructure solutions based on application needs andanticipated growth, install new servers and maintain the infrastructure.
• Able to work collaboratively with clients and other technicalcolleagues. Individuals work across all functional areas.
• Able to diagnoses and resolves complex hardware, software andconnectivity problems.
• Enhanced knowledge of production monitoring and additionalcapability, may support one or more systems or applications of low tomedium complexity (complexity defined by size, technology used, andsystem feeds and interfaces) with multiple concurrent users, ensuringcontrol, integrity, and accessibility
