TM - Plant Engineer (I&A)

Ensuring activities as per calibration and other schedules are performed on time.
Coordinating in calibration of instruments and review of its documents.
Coordinating with external agency for calibration/maintenance activities.
Ensuring timely calibration of instruments and verifying related documents.
Handling Computerized system validation.
Handling Building management system and Environment monitoring system.
Ensuring minimum or no non-conformances and involving in investigations if occurred any.
Handling QMS documents and schedules/planners. Compliance to non-conformances and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
To ensure the maximum availability of equipment/instrument for production usage by maintaining minimum or no breakdown.
Following the established procedures and policies of the department.
Inventory management in the department.
Complying necessary legal requirements.
Coordinating for internal and external audits related to Engineering and QMS and ensuring the closure of audit findings on time.
Following good documentation, data control and cGMP regulations and ensuring the same from team members.
Reviewing procedures, qualification documents and other documents related to Engineering.
Following the delegated roles, responsibilities, objectives, and targets along with team members.
Coordinating in qualification activities.
Coordinating in projects handled by the department.
Handling safety work permits.
Ensuring there are no data integrity related issues."
