Designation: Ticketing Executive

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Knowledge of Domestic/International Ticketing accordingneeds of different clients
  • Resolving clients complaint and escalations whenever required.
  • Passport Assistance
  • Domestic & international Ticketing

Supervisethe work of office, administrative and customer service employeesto ensure adherence toquality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems.

  • Issuing tickets and other relevant documents
  • Interacting with the airline regarding refund and cancellation policies
  • Maintainingdaily productivity report of agents.
  • Handling customer service calls regarding Reservation, flight information and Marketing schemes
  • Provide relevant information, Book transportation, make hotel reservations
  • Greet and welcome guests Answer questions and address complaints,
