Designation: Ticketing Executive
Responsibilities and Duties
- Knowledge of Domestic/International Ticketing accordingneeds of different clients
- Resolving clients complaint and escalations whenever required.
- Passport Assistance
- Domestic & international Ticketing
Supervisethe work of office, administrative and customer service employeesto ensure adherence toquality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems.
- Issuing tickets and other relevant documents
- Interacting with the airline regarding refund and cancellation policies
- Maintainingdaily productivity report of agents.
- Handling customer service calls regarding Reservation, flight information and Marketing schemes
- Provide relevant information, Book transportation, make hotel reservations
- Greet and welcome guests Answer questions and address complaints,
