Roles and Responsibilities :
- Generate prescriptions from Doctors and other businesses like Hospitals/ Pathology Labs.
- Generate awareness among the public by conducting health check-up camps etc.
- Follow up on collections and outstanding.
- Coordinate between Logistics, Collection Centers, HQ / Branch Lab, Patient and Doctors.
- Effectively handle queries and escalations.
- Guide Phlebotomists and Receptionists in making follow-up calls to clients.
- Coordinate and assist in organizing seminars, CME etc.
- Develop further customer base from existing leads and tap new clients.
Plan and schedule, daily sales calls.
Desired Candidate Profile : Minimum 3 years of experience in private Pathology Labs/ Diagnostic Centers/Hospitals/Pharmaceutical Companies.
