Job Responsibilities

• Creation of daily and weekly sales plan and order lists• Diligently follow the customer visit plan every day• Managing the accounts of 40-60 key account customers• Interacting with customers regularly and developing relationship with them- Interacting with Chefs, Purchase managers, FC, Store Incharge regularly• Identifying bulk order opportunities and capitalizing on them• Identifying and activating de-growing customers• Identifying Missing Assortment• Enrollment and tagging of new customers with sales potential• Understanding customer’s business and recommending articles to them• Preliminary Competition & Price bench marking from the markets• Coordinating with logistics and full service desk for delivery• Assisting customers with ECOM, Assortment identification & their purchase history• Ensuring timely delivery of orders and managing bulk orders• Coordinating with OL, FSD and Buying team for special pricing• Continuously updating knowledge about articles and offers• Coordinating with customers & brief about promotions• Track customer wise sales and keep a check on customer balance• Ensuring all the Sales Incentives/ parameters are achieved regularly• Coordinating with Finance for payment processing & account reconciliation• Timely Collections of Due payments and resolve all customer related issues

Graduate/ Post Graduate

Experience Requirements

4 to 11 years

- Strong understanding of HoReCa business- Ability to understand opportunities in the market and act quickly on them.- Ability to quickly grasp and adapt to the Jio Mart business- High Ability to implement strategies and concepts- Should have a long-term outlook- Should be ready for constant Travel
