1. Calling potential customers to guide them to purchase Health, Life and Motor Insurance products

2. Using sales scripts to provide information about products features, prices etc. and present their benefits to drive sales

3. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

4. Developing in-depth knowledge of insurance products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences

5. Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets concerning call volume and sales
