Designations: Relationship Manager /Asst. RM
Salary offered : 2.75 L - 3.50 L (Fixed) + Incentives+ Allowances

Perks: 5000/Month Allowances + Incentives

Interview Process :
1. HR Interview (Telephonic)
2. Final Interview ( Video Call)

Job Description :

  1. Overall responsibility of driving business in Bank mapped branches through Branch Banking Vertical.
  2. Cross sell G.I. products to existing /new customers of Bank.
  3. Regular visits to bank branches across the assigned branches.
  4. Escalation and grievances handling of Customers and Bank employees.
  5. Introduction of new products and processes for distribution of BAGIC products in Bank.
  6. Train Bank Sales Team for pushing Company products.
  7. Maintaining good relationship with Bank Heads and teams for pushing Company products for Life Insurance business.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 1 – 5 years in sales of Insurance/ Mutual Fund/ CASA/ Loans
  • Minimum 6 months exposure to Life Insurance
  • Age Bracket: 25-34 years

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES

  • Process & Result orientation
  • Customer centricity & relationship building
  • Basic Computer Knowledge.
  • Good communication skills- English and regional language
