Required Experience: 2 to 5 years of Realestate experience

Job responsibilities:

• Should be capable of communicate and explain about our projects with clients
• Should have the knowledge to handle and answer the clients objections
• Should have the sales closing skill
• Determining clients needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices is an added advantage
• Capable of converting leads into prospects
• Company will source and provide you the leads
• Finding the right customers by having conversation over phone
• Have to fix appointment with customers
• Arrange for the site visit (Company will provide the cab whenever needed)-Following with seniors
