- Creating interest in the courses while gaining trust and enthusiasm of the students/parents.
- Should be able to make the customer feel that he/she has been thoroughly counseled, challenged and stimulated.
- Ability to convert cold calls into sales by providing quality counselling to very customer base.
- Ability to learn and implement the new functions/processes quickly.
- Willing to work under intense pressure of target-based sales.
- Should have good technical understanding of education industry specifically e-learning and other digital education products.
- Ability to anticipate students needs and provide them the solutions to meet his/her expectations. Also, trying to find new ways to create interest in the company's products and services based on the need of students.
Experience, Skills & Key Responsibilities:
- Good level of presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience of Inbound & Outbound calling.
- Strong and effective English communication skill, regional language will be an added advantage.
