Job Summary: We are a loan selling company seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, following up with potential clients, and closing sales deals over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients via phone to offer loan products and services
- Follow up on leads generated through various sources to convert them into sales
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with the team to develop new sales strategies and initiatives
- Provide accurate information about loan products and services to clients
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Requirements:
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in a tele sales environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
