Responsibilities:
1. Making outbound calls to mid/senior level prospective domestic or international clients and generate leads.
2. Set up meetings on daily basis for sales team.
3. Guide clients through the buying and selling of properties.
4. Determine clients needs to propose solutions that suit them.
5. Manage your client base through excellent follow up on leads for existing and new clients.
6. Convince prospective clients that your organization is the right one to meet up their requirement.
7. Create projection sheet managing the complete pipeline of potential clients.
8. Willing to cold call relentlessly to ensure monthly call schedule/meetings setup target is met.
9. Create reliable forecasts and be completely transparent with management on the pipeline status.
10. Be proactive about solving customer queries and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.

1. Proven working experience as a Sales Agent in a voice process.
2. Proven track of successful sales record preferred.
3. Ability to work independently combines with excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Strong communication, sales and negotiation skills.
5. Pleasant, trustworthy and works well in a team.
6. Basic Knowledge of Excel and Ms Office.
