Technical Recruiter (US Staffing)

Location: Vadodara, India

Team: Adroit Support

Work Type: Full Time

What You’ll Do:

• Sourcing candidates per requisition requirements in ATS, Job Boards, and Social Media
• Follow entire recruitment process for all candidates per requirement
• Call every candidate prior to submission.
• Skype video interviews when possible with candidates
• Complete thorough company Interview of each desired candidate
• Complete thorough technical screening of all technical candidates
• Obtain Right to Represent for each candidate per client requirement
• Candidate submission into ATS for Staffing Consultant vetting
• Resume submission into ATS for rejected and submitted candidates
• Build extensive pipeline and network of candidates proactively
• Build lasting relationships with candidates
• Attend Client calls regarding job requirements
• Track email, call, submission, interview, and fill data for self
• Mentor Junior recruiters as directed by Lead Recruiter

Who you are:

• 2+ years of Technical recruitment experience
• Working experience with W2 candidates is a MUST

Education

• Bachelor’s degree required
