We are looking for enthusiastic professionals for International Voice Process  who possess flawless communication and expertise in Technical skills. Responsibilities:

\n

·         Ability to understand customer issue and route to appropriate team

\n

·         Ticket Creation/Categorization/Prioritization

\n

·         Incident resolution and recovery

\n

·         Ensure on meeting daily KPIs

\n

·         Receiving and making end user calls

\n

·         Provide first level resolutions

\n

·         Ticket escalation to respective Support Group

Requirements

  • Fresher (0-1 years)
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Basic computer knowledge preferred
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Punctual and reliable
