Job Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Answer queries through email and to provide information about and services, obtain details of complaints.
2) Keep records of customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints and comments as well as actions taken.
3) Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
Requirements:
1. Experience of 6 Months in customer support
2.Graduation is mandatory
3. Excellent communication skills (English) both verbal and written
Day Shift: 8am to 8pm (Any 9hrs)
One rotational Off
Salary: 2.75 Lpa to 2.9 Lpa
