Team Member - Characterization Fresher's job

Job Purpose

Manage and drive all physico-chemical characterisation activities; provide centralised characterisation support to different divisions of IPD to ensure seamless development of API & finished products within the stipulated timelines and characteristic feature requirements

Accountabilities

I. Perform and compile pre-formulation studies for polymorphism, particle characterisation, etc. and submit to the respective departments so as to enable the formulator to develop a robust finished product
II. Elucidate and accurately assign structure of samples from R&D and Manufacturing QC to ensure structure qualification of working standards
III. Resolve analytical queries related to characterisation received from Manufacturing units and Regulatory Affairs by providing relevant characterisation data to close the deficiencies received from the manufacturing units/authorities
IV. Evaluate patents for reported polymorphic forms by verifying the available in-house data to ensure compliance with the relevant literature and to avoid legal violations with respect to polymorphism
V. Introduce new techniques to better understand the characteristic of samples to meet the requirements from R&D or current developments based on strategic and portfolio level requirements
