Team Member - Business Planning Fresher's job

Job Purpose

• Validate purchase order entry in SAP system
• Track the status of the order by coordinating with all the stakeholders like Regulatory, Planning, Packaging
• Ensure supply visibility in ‘IMPACT’ tool by coordinating with planning team
• Communicate directly with customers about order status
• Perform regular follow-ups (over email/ call) with partners/ customers on outstanding dues, as per payment terms
• Track customer receivables and update finance team about the same, to maintain accurate records
• Co-ordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods to the destination

Accountabilities

I. Execute sales order to ensure timely delivery on purchase orders
��� Develop and maintain business responsiveness ��������to build customer relationships
II. Monitor sales targets to keep track of progress in achieving annual budgeted top line
III. Co-ordinate with various cross-functional teams for smooth functioning of business
