Roles and Responsibilities
To meet designated targets by actively monitoring bucket efficiencies and recommendations for improvement based on gap analysis
Ensuring effective manpower alignment to drive bucket efficiencies
Mentoring and coaching of team on collection related processes.
Daily, weekly Review to keep a track of team performance against the target
Liaising with support functions to improve team performance
Needs to control absenteeism and attrition in the portfolio
Ensure proper quality controls on the set process
Desired Candidate Profile
Should have 2+ Years of exp. Into Banking collections
Team Management Should have handled TEAM
Candidate should be well aware about Regional Demographics.
Should have experience in agency management preferably in high vintage.
Computer literacy: internet, email, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
Should be able to coordinate with other department efficiently to resolve queries.
