• Evaluation of Capex Investment proposals for all API India and Overseas plants

• Review of annual proposals for Capex review and finalization of the same for Management approval

• Review and capitalization of open Capital Work in Progress.

• Computation, review, tracking and monitor the proposed Capex benefits vis-à-vis actuals benefits achieved

• Tracking of open Capex and review implementation with plant teams

• Finalization of monthly MIS reports on Capex/Benefits

• Tracking of monthly reactor utilization and highlight where capacity utilization is low

• Tracking of idle/surplus fixed assets and disposal thereof.

• Tracking Sale of assets

• Ensure compliance of Global Capex policy
