Roles and Responsibilities
- Minimum 4 years of experience, with the most recent role as Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- MBA in HR preferred but not a show stopper for the right candidate.
- Experience with IT Services firm / Tech Start up is mandatory.
- Experience in recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to Onboarding
- Understanding of all sourcing and selection methods and techniques.
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
- Responsible for sourcing, screening, scheduling, shortlisting and offer rollout
- Experience in sourcing on multiple platforms like Naurki, Linkedin, Angeljobs, hirist and Instahyre.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
- Excellent with Microsoft Office.
- Highly flexible, adaptable individual who can think on his/her feet.
- Experience in dealing with ambiguity in a fast paced environment.
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
