Roles and Responsibilities

  • Minimum 4 years of experience, with the most recent role as Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • MBA in HR preferred but not a show stopper for the right candidate.
  • Experience with IT Services firm / Tech Start up is mandatory.
  • Experience in recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to Onboarding
  • Understanding of all sourcing and selection methods and techniques.
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
  • Responsible for sourcing, screening, scheduling, shortlisting and offer rollout
  • Experience in sourcing on multiple platforms like Naurki, Linkedin, Angeljobs, hirist and Instahyre.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Excellent with Microsoft Office.
  • Highly flexible, adaptable individual who can think on his/her feet.
  • Experience in dealing with ambiguity in a fast paced environment.
  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
