Achieve Revenue Targets on Broking & other value added products.
- Ensure each team member contributes to achieve the overall target.

Monitor reports everyday to monitor number of Inbound,outbound calls and talk time of RMs

- Regular feedback to team members for improvement
- Ensure executives are trained to handle calls & error % is kept low
- Regular team briefings on new product I process update

- Maintain attendance & conduct as per policy
- Product & NCFM trainings for new recruits
Train new members of the team on various products
Ensure required MIS for the team are maintained & studied regularly to enhance productivity of the team members Daily DMH MIS Report ,RM performance & quality MIS tracking

Selection criteria
Team handling experience
Good knowledge of Equity & Derivatives,Cross Sales,NRI Desk Portfolio management experience
Dealer or Broking Experience is must. Comfortable to work in Sales and Target for TPP Good knowledge of excel and PPT
