The ideal candidate would have 2 to5 years of experience in recruiting.
He / She will have expertise on sourcing candidates for multiple skills ( Training, HRP, HR, BDM,L&D, Content, Graphic Designers, Instructional Designers, Project Managers etc ).
He / She will have a strong understanding of the domain and will have expertise in screening profiles.
Good communication skills (Both oral/written)
Stakeholder Management
He / She will have experience in recruiting for mid level positions received from the clients.
To deliver on these critical to close mandates he/ she will be involved in the below mentioned activities,
- Understand the client requirement for various technical / functional roles, identify potential candidates that will best fit the requirement and facilitate the hiring process from Search to Joining.
- Coordinating with client / business managers for better understanding the position and fast closure.
- Extensively work on the search tools like job sites, social media, internal and external databases.
- Head hunting for desired profiles whenever required.
This position calls for a very high attention to detail, ability to learn and educate oneself about clients business, technical and functional skills for mandates shared by the clients and excellent communication skills.
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday , 9:30Am - 6:30PM
