• Searching & Screening profiles form different platform as per the JD.
• Responsible for end to end recruitment for Road/Railways vertical.
• Interviewing the Candidates.
• Verify the supportive documents of the selected candidates.
• Work with hiring managers directly.
• Use of best recruitment approach to fill positions.
• Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for open position.
• Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Maintaining and updating HRIS
• Should have handled Engineering requirements for Oil & Gas, Engineering, Power, Steel & Mining companies.
